Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity that happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tally.

• Tally costs USD $4.99 per month, or CAD $4.99 per month for customers in Canada, after a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. If you subscribe through our iOS or Android apps, pricing is shown in your local App Store or Google Play currency and billed by Apple or Google.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never store your card number.
• You can cancel anytime from the Profile page or through Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your access remains through the end of the paid period.

Your expenses and receipt images belong to you. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page. See the Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

• Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Don't upload content that isn't yours or that violates the rights of others.
• Don't use Tally to store sensitive information beyond ordinary personal expense records.

Tally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoStaff Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tally. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
