AutoStaff Tally ("Tally") is a personal spending tracker provided by AutoStaff Technologies Inc. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account email. Used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
- Expense data. Amounts, merchants, categories, notes, and dates you enter.
- Receipt images. Photos you choose to upload when scanning a receipt.
- Billing information. Handled by our payment providers — Stripe for web subscriptions, and Apple or Google if you subscribe through our iOS or Android apps. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To store and display your expenses in your private account.
- To process receipt images through an AI provider solely to extract the merchant, total, items, and date. Images are sent to the provider for that single request and are not used to train models.
- To manage your subscription through Stripe, Apple, or Google, depending on how you subscribed.
- To keep the service secure and reliable.
Where your data lives
Your expenses, receipt images, and account metadata are stored in Supabase, our managed database and object storage provider. Access is restricted so that only you can read your own data.
Your choices
- Delete your account. Open the Profile page in the app and choose "Delete account". This permanently removes your account and all associated expense data and receipt images.
- Export your data. Open the Profile page and choose Export to download your expenses as a CSV file or a PDF statement for any period, anytime.
- Manage your subscription. Cancel anytime from the Profile page, through Stripe's billing portal, or through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you subscribed via the mobile app.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
